Recruiting the right people into key positions is time-consuming and in the current competitive environment, it is vital we adopt recruitment strategies to attract the right people to your business.  The right candidate must not only possess all of the relevant skills, but also have the personality to fit seamlessly into the culture of your company.  To ensure that these elements come together when placing candidates PACE sources candidates using several different methods:

 

  • We prefer to use our internal database, which contains more than 30,000 qualified candidates. We are constantly utilizing different marketing tactics to increase our database of relevant permanent, contract, temporary and interim professionals.
  • If we encounter a position for which we do not have a viable candidate in our database, we talk to our contacts, and gather referrals.
  • We recruit through Trade and Professional Organizations and advertise where appropriate
  • And finally, we use the internet to locate suitable candidates.
